Christmas Eve in the Crossroads

  • AIA Center for Architecture & Design 1801 McGee Street Kansas City, MO, 64108 United States (map)

Join us for a service of carols, communion and candlelight--with a Christmas meditation and lovely, spirited music.  Downtown only at 1801 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO.

This year's Christmas Eve offering will benefit :

Micah Ministry & Aid to Families and Children in Gaza.

Micah Ministry: Micah is centered around a ministry of home-cooked meals in which faith-based and civic volunteers partner and seek to help our food vulnerable neighbors. From 5:30 - 7:00 pm every Monday, Micah offers a hot “to-go” meal, hygiene products, clothing, additional food items, a free medical clinic from Care Beyond the Boulevard, and items to support our house-less neighbors such as blankets, sleeping bags, and tents.

Aid to Families and Children in Gaza: The Department of Service for Palestinian Refugees (DSPR) is a division of the Middle East Council of Churches and a partner since its founding fifty years ago of the United Church of Christ. In response to the destruction of schools and health facilities across Gaza, the DSPR has focused on education activities and psychosocial support for children and provided basic health services and administered vaccinations and disease prevention programs in both Gaza and the West Bank.
