All You Need is Love

“All you need is love”.

My broken kneecap has once more reminded me that the Beatles had it right.  Even though I had to cancel a trip to Mexico, and I’ve been pretty much housebound for the last month, every day has brought something new.  From visits by Holly and Mary, to Mahjong with Eli, to Jim stopping by with Paula’s homemade vegetable soup, I have received a tremendous amount of support from friends and fellow Peace peeps during this time. Every morning, I feel so much gratitude that it crowds out any possible feeling sorry for myself that might otherwise seep in.  

I’m thankful for our loving community and appreciate the support and well wishes as I heal. It makes mostly sitting around the house a contented, rather than dull experience.

…well, gotta go. For today’s event, Diana is almost here to pick me up for dinner!

Holy One, let your spirit of light foster an ever-expanding friendship, both near and far, between people, between cultures, and between countries.
